Over-Swinging
What is actually happening
The backswing keeps going past the point where your body can stay in control — arms run on after the shoulder turn is complete, and posture and wrist structure give way at the top.
What it costs you
The longer swing feels powerful but measures slower: extra length arrives with bent arms and lost posture, so sequencing breaks down and contact scatter doubles.
Stop the backswing when your lead shoulder finishes turning — arms stay in front of your chest.
Three-Quarter Rehearsal
Rehearse swings that FEEL three-quarter length while a mirror or camera confirms they are actually full. Hit five balls at that feel, checking the video every rep — most players gain strike quality and lose zero distance.
Is this the one costing you shots?
Film one swing and the analysis checks for it at every position, on your video.
