Privacy Policy

What we collect
To provide Kinetic Golf AI, we collect: account information (name, email, and authentication details you provide when you sign up); swing videos you upload and the pose and kinematic data our analysis engine derives from them; and payment information, which is handled entirely by our payment processor, Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
How we use it
We use your information to analyze your swing, generate your coaching plan and drills, power coaching features (including any coach you explicitly connect with), and improve the product — including the accuracy of our analysis models. We do not use your data to show you third-party advertising.
Video privacy
Your swing videos are private by default. They are visible only to you and to a coach you explicitly connect your account to — never to other members, and never made public. You can delete any video, and its derived analysis, at any time from your account.
Data sharing
We share data only with the service providers that help us run Kinetic Golf AI: Stripe (payments), Supabase (hosting and storage), and Resend (transactional email). Each is bound to use your data only to provide their service to us. We do not sell your personal data to anyone, for any reason.
Retention
If you cancel your account, we retain your data for 30 days in case you rejoin, then permanently delete it. You can request earlier deletion at any time by contacting us.
