Service description
Kinetic Golf AI ("Kinetic", "we", "us") analyzes golf swing video you upload and returns kinematic analysis, a personalized coaching plan, and drill recommendations. It is provided by Kinetic Golf AI, based in East Texas.
Accounts
You must create an account to use Kinetic. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
Subscriptions & billing
Premium is billed monthly at $19.99 or annually at $199, processed by Stripe, with a 7-day free trial. You can cancel anytime from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then. We don't offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.
Acceptable use
Don't upload video you don't have the right to share, attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the analysis engine, or use Kinetic in a way that infringes on others' rights or violates the law.
Your content
You own the swing videos and content you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and analyze that content solely to provide and improve the Kinetic service to you.
Recording by your coach
If you are linked to an instructor, they can record your swing during a lesson and save it to your account — but only after you turn that permission on yourself, from your dashboard. It is off until you enable it, applies only to the instructor you are currently linked to, and you can switch it off at any time, which stops any further recording immediately. Swings your instructor records are yours: they are stored in your account, they do not count toward your monthly analyses, and turning the permission off does not delete the ones already taken.
Your swing data
As part of that license, aggregated and de-identified swing data — never tied back to you individually — may be used to improve the accuracy of our analysis engine for all members. If you'd rather opt out of this, contact us and we'll exclude your data from model training.
Disclaimers
Kinetic is a coaching and analysis tool, not medical advice. Always train within your physical limits and consult a physician before starting a new physical activity if you have any health concerns.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kinetic Golf AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
